Privacy Policy

Risker is a service of Blue Sky Services LLC (“Blue Sky,” “Risker,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. What we collect

  • Account data — name, email, agency, and role.
  • Risk data — the submissions, insured details, and coverage information your agency enters to get carrier matches.
  • Usage data — pages viewed, actions taken, and device/browser metadata, used for reliability and product analytics.
  • Contact and consent data — mobile number, SMS opt-in and opt-out records, electronic signatures, and records of the insurance agency a consumer approves for contact.

2. Who we share it with

We use the following processors to run the service. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, storage.
  • Vercel — application hosting.
  • Sentry — error monitoring.
  • PostHog — product analytics.
  • Resend — transactional email (invites, notifications).
  • Twilio — phone verification and transactional messaging.
  • Anthropic — AI-assisted matching and chat features.

3. Mobile and SMS privacy

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. When a consumer affirmatively approves a specific licensed insurance agency to respond to an insurance request, Risker may share the consumer's contact details with that approved agency solely to provide the requested service.

Risker sends consumer-requested transactional verification, match-status, and connection messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

4. Data retention

Risk and account data is retained for the life of your agency's account and deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after account closure, except where retention is required by law.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting your agency admin or Risker support.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is scoped by role and agency via row-level security in our database layer.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as processors or practices change. Material changes will be communicated to active accounts.
